  5.    ICO2BMP is a tool for converting icons to bitmaps (of the same name). It will automatically
  6. convert one or a list of icon files to bitmap files giving the resulting bitmap files the same 
  7. name as the icon files with a >bmp extension. ICO2BMP is also a handy tool for see you icon
  8. files. By moving to a directory with multiple icon files you can use the arrow ketys to move
  9. through the list of icons while seeing each as the selection bar highlights the icon name.

  11.    The files contained in the zip are:

  13.     1. VBRUN300.DLL (Optional) - Necessary for running but you may have had it already
  14.                     and downloaded the version without VBRUN300.DLL. If
  15.                     you have Visual Basic for Windows installed on your 
  16.                     system you already have the file.
  17.     2. THREED.VBX - Necessary for the 3-D effects.
  18.     3. ICO2BMP.EXE - The program executable
  19.     4. ICO2BMP.HLP - Windows helpfile for ICO2BMP
  20.     5. README.TXT - This file.

  22.    Copy ICO2BMP.EXE and ICO2BMP.HLP into a directory of your choice. VBRUN300.DLL and 
  23. THREED.VBX should be copied to your Windows directory or your Windows/System directory.

  25.    To setup the ICO2BMP simply add it to an existing Windows Group or create a new 
  26. Windows Group and add the ICO2BMP.EXE to the  by running Program Manager File New add
  27. program item and selecting ICO2BMP.EXE from the browse dialog box after moving to the
  28. drive and directory which contains the program and help file.
